Metanoia, LLC

Metanoia means a radical shift of mind (Peter Senge).  In contrast to incremental change and improvement, metanoia produces discontinuous change and improvement.

Metanoia, LLC is the company I formed to support my entrepreneurial activities that are not related to my roles as a university professor or leadership trainer.

I am a big believer in companies that use network marketing to distribute their products.  Network marketing is a legitimate and effective distribution model where people that use, promote, and sell a product they love are compensated for creating an organization of people that do the same.  If you want to learn more about what I am doing in network marketing and why I support this industry, please contact me.
