It Takes Character And Courage To Confront Our Integrity Gaps

TEDxTelAvivSquareyThis brilliant short video was posted on the TEDxYouTube site recently. The talk was delivered at TEDxTelAvivWomen 2013. I strongly encourage you to watch it to the very end.

In telling the story about her struggle to reconcile with the man who killed her son, Robi Damelin provides an excellent illustration of Advanced Change Theory (ACT) in action. At the end of her talk, she says “what really matters is that I am in integrity with the message that I bring.” Robi understands that transformational change is impossible without the courage to confront our integrity gaps.

Robi’s message is as much about leadership as it is about parenthood.

May 2014 be the year we all assume a more credible posture of leadership by mustering the courage to continually confront the gaps in our integrity.
