Lee Odden: Optimized Blogging That Inspires Action

I am using Lee Odden’s new book Optimize: How to attract and engage more customers by integrating SEO, social media, and content marketing in my class on social business. I was in search of different book to use alongside one I know well and love, Branding Yourself by Erik Deckers and Kyle Lacey, and I selected Lee’s book simply by searching Amazon.

When class stated I posted a tweet signaling Deckers, Lacey, and Odden to let them know I was using their books in my class. All responded, and it was the first time I connected with Lee Odden. Lee offered to speak to my class via skpye, and we made it happen last night.

leeoddenThe talk Lee Odden gave to my class last night exceeded my expectations, and I love when that happens. Lee really knows his stuff, and because he practices what he preaches it solidifies his credibility. This presentation above is probably the best case for blogging for business that I have ever seen.

Lee was very gracious sharing his time and expertise with my students. Lee just earned a new raving fan.
