Give Yourself Permission To Be Excellent

March 24, 2010 by Bret L. Simmons · Filed under: Leadership, Personal Branding, Video

I recently gave a presentation on personal branding and recorded the session. I broke the video up into about 16 pieces and I am posting the series at my conference website, SM@RT Social Media For Business.

In this video, I encourage folks to give themselves permission to be excellent. What I have to say in this video fits with my theme of positive organizational behavior, so I am posting it for you here and encourage you to take 2 minutes to watch it. Thanks Bret. I found your presentation clip very stimulating. As I move towards wrapping up a public sector career after 28 years and planning my next act, I’ll keep your words in the back of my mind. What you said is very true and important to how we grow as individuals.
