My post today at The Student Branding Blog concerns how students can deal with the perceptions employers have of young people at work. I get asked all the time for advice on how to deal with Millennial workers – the assumption being these young works are significantly different than the rest of the workforce. I don’t buy that assumption, and the hype to support that assumption FAR exceeds the scientific research.
