October Leadership Development Carnival

The October Leadership Development Carnival was assembled by Becky Robinson at Leadertalk. You will find a number of great articles from the month of September compiled on this site, including one from me on diversity. A lot of my favorite bloggers have contributions, but I also discovered a new blogger, Kevin Kim at Hour 9, that looks really good. Kevin appears to be a Gen Y leader that is in the trenches daily leading, teaching others, and sharing his thoughts about the process on his blog. I like that.

You did a great job with this one, Becky, and we all appreciate your effort.
