with out change we are stagnant
dead in the water
the motion of the river helps keep it clean growth and change can indeed be painful
and better yet it can also be an opportunity to practice being free from that attachment
meaning = attachment
growth change is exhilarating!

Wow, I needed to hear this! I am not a fan of change because it is hell. But I am learning that change is everywhere and I need to gain courage if I am going to get anywhere.
